A pawn break refers to the creation of a new pawn structure on the chessboard, usually by advancing a pawn in a critical area of the board. Pawn breaks are a powerful tool for creating tactical and strategic opportunities in a game of chess, as they can create new lines for pieces to attack and control key squares. With the help of real-life examples, we demonstrate how pawn breaks can be used to create tactical opportunities, disrupt your opponent's pawn structure, and ultimately gain an advantage in the game.
