Goods and services, once sold, can only be cancelled within seven days.

For digital subscription products, full refund would be issued.

For 1-1 live session with a coach, pro-rated refunds would be issued if requested within 7 days or within 72 hours of the first session, whichever is earlier.

For live cohort based courses (e.g. Bootcamps), full refund would be issued if requested within 7 days (provided the course has not yet started). We may allow for transfer of course spot to a different participant, or issue a credit note (which can be redeemed for other courses) once the course has begun.  

In cases where free product trial has been availed before a payment, no refunds would be issued. In cases where special offers have been availed (e.g. free book, special discount etc.), no refunds would be issued.

It may take between 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and the funds to be credited to the customer's account.


Refunds would only be processed for cancellations deemed valid under the preceding Cancellations Policy.
